Loqzin reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms & Conditions document, at any time. Your continued use of the website will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. 

Online store
We will try to ensure that the details displayed for a product offered for sale are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system. There will be seasonal discounts or some discounts that can be applied with a code at checkout. These may be subject to change.

All photographs of products uploaded on the website are owned by MBeaute LLC.

Electronic Communications
When you visit Loqzin website, purchase our products on our website or enter e-mails in our newsletter form, you consent to receive communications from us (Loqzin). We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices and other communications that we provide to you satisfies any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

Returns & Refunds
We have a 14 day return policy if you have received the package & the product is not to your liking. For a full refund, the item must be unopened and sealed. Opened & used products will only get a partial refund. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must contact Loqzin via email within 14 days of your purchase. For international deliveries, it can be up to 21 days from purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we have received your returned item or items. For items damaged in transit, refund will be provided in store credits only. Please contact customercare@loqzin.com if you need a refund.
